With a background in operations and an MBA, Mina brings both structure and heart into everything she builds. She’s known for her patience, attention to detail, and natural ability to connect with people—making every client feel seen, supported, and comfortable from day one.

How did you find Lagree?
I dabbled a bit when I lived in LA but it wasn’t until I moved to SD in 2021 that I fell in love with my local Lagree studio and it quickly became a habit.

Why do you love it?
It’s the one workout that keeps me consistently motivated and excited to show up. The slow controlled tempo allows me to focus on maintaining proper form & alignment to dig deeper and really challenge my muscular endurance. I also love the body awareness and slow twitch activation that you get from this workout. Overall It just makes training fun!

Signature move:
Berriswheel or a good Heavy Skater progression

Teaching style:
I teach with a focus on form and connection. I’m passionate about creating classes that are both challenging and accessible. I want every client to feel empowered when they walk out of the room.
