Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Coastal Edge Lagree mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms').
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 may use the App with parental consent.
Services Provided
The App allows users to create/manage class bookings, purchase memberships, and view studio policies.
Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
All purchases are processed via Apple App Store or authorized providers. Refunds follow App Store and Coastal Edge Lagree’s in-studio policies.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in Apple account settings.
Class Reservations and Cancellations
Cancellations must be made [insert hours] before class. Late/no-shows may incur fees or lost credits.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Participation involves risk. By attending, you accept responsibility. Coastal Edge Lagree LLC is not liable except as required by California law.

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Orange County courts.
Severability
If one section is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver & Release of Liability
To ensure fairness and class availability: A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a booked class or session without canceling in advance. No-shows will result in: Loss of the class credit, or A no-show fee of [amount] (for unlimited members or autopay plans). Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of booking privileges.
